We will repeat the successful cafeteria concept, so you will get a chance to choose 2 out of 5 interesting workshops, focused on topics such as Blockchain, Investment as an empowerment tool, Holistic approach to Leadership and others. Moreover, a panel consisting of inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs from several industries is ready to involve you in a discussion about what it means to be a leader in the 21st century. Jan Mühlfeit is a Global Strategist, Executive Coach and Author of bestselling business book “The Positive Leader” (Pearson, Oct 2016, Jan Mühlfeit & Melina Costi). His personal mission is “helping individuals, organizations and countries around the world to unlock their human potential”. Jan has a proven track record in building and leading successful teams, acquired through an extensive 22-year career at Microsoft Corporation where he served in various executive positions. His last role with the high-tech giant was as Chairman Europe (2007–2014).
Harnessing his in-depth knowledge and expertise, Jan has created a set of unique seminars – “Unlock Human Potential” and “Unlock Your Team’s Potential”. In these seminars, he coaches individuals and teams on how to uncover their personal strengths and find the best in the people. Jan teaches his courses on a worldwide scale and has worked with many prominent S&P 500 companies.
Jan coaches high-level executives, Olympic games winners and artists. Together with Katerina Novotna, Jan has created a special seminar for children and parents – “Unlock Your Child’s Potential”.
Melissa Raczak is Partner in the Consulting Team at Deloitte. Next to her client advisory work within the telecom, media and technology industry she is also leading the Women’s Network at Deloitte and leading the Diversity & Inclusion Challenge within the company. Melissa states that her key purpose is to keep women working. She has seen too many great, powerful women step out of the workforce. She experienced a burnout eight years ago that almost took her out of the workforce. Through her learning she came back stronger and achieved a promotion. Melissa has been thankful for the experience.
She is also a coach and a mentor to many women and helps them achieve their goals and break down barriers. Key themes for Melissa are: remember you are a leader, manage your energy, know your boundaries and go after your goals.
Twan van de Kerkhof founded the European Leadership Platform in 2003. For over fifteen years ELP has offered leaders a place to meet with their peers and discuss the responsibilities, dilemmas and decisions of their working lives.

Adriaan Dönszelmann is Managing Director at Van Gogh Museum. He joined the museum on 1 July 2011 as Manager Business Affairs. He was appointed Managing Director two years later. Adriaan is responsible for the Staff & Staff Office, Quality & Business Control, Operations, Van Gogh Museum Enterprises and the Meet Vincent van Gogh Experience.
After graduating from the Amsterdam University, Adriaan spent over ten years in a series of financial executive posts at Unisys, Logica, Telfort/British Telecom and Deloitte. He moved over to the cultural sector in 2009, when he became Operational Manager at the Jewish Historical Museum in Amsterdam.
Linda is a Filmmaker, a Startup Scout and a Moderator. People who go above and beyond to challenge the status quo inspire Linda. Her search for these individuals has instigated the Slow Food Youth Network & Professional Rebel that she co-founded. Linda has a curious mind, loves to talk and eat with her hands and dislikes indifference. In the last year she has been working as:
- An international startup scout for the Postcode Lottery Green Challenge;
- A moderator of sustainable events and talk shows for clients such as Climate KIC, Impact Hub & ASN Bank;
- A filmmaker for the international documentary series Twentie Four. The serie follows 24 entrepreneurs in 24 cities for 24 hours. All of them fix the world and make money.

Is vulnerability a weakness? When the question is asked like this, most of us disagree. We know that being vulnerable is a very uncomfortable place, yet we sense there is more to it….
We can all agree, perhaps, that vulnerability is rare. We do not dare it too often and not with just anyone. It is something we all know but are afraid to show too much. Why is that? Are we really that afraid we will get hurt? Could it be that we do not understand fully, what our vulnerability actually brings into our lives? More courage, connection, intimacy, authenticity and joy… Lets be curious together.
In this workshop, we will explore the relationship between vulnerability and courage and human connection. Based on powerful research outcomes from Dr. Brené Brown, we will immerse in our own vulnerability traps – where are we vulnerable and why? What myths we tell ourselves about being vulnerable? How do we protect ourselves from vulnerability? And finally, what happens when the entire armory goes down and all there is left is just us, vulnerable but real. What can be there to make it worthwhile? Come prepared for the real stuff…
Iveta is a personal mentor to executives and leaders, a writer and an inspiring speaker. She partners up with successful people who seek support in making sense of complexity in their lives. Iveta is a world citizen. She has an extensive life and professional experience, gained by living in several countries on two continents and – for 20+ years – working in hard-core business leadership roles of multinational corporations and institutions, such as USAID, Warner Lambert, Pfizer and Ernst &Young.
In 2013, she participated in Shame Resilience Curriculum certification program in San Antonio, TX, personally lead by Dr. Brene Brown. Based on this experience, she since initiates public conversations about shame, vulnerability and trust in Central Europe and promotes these topics as subject of curiosity in corporate and business environment. Malin started out as a trainer in leadership, communication, and presentation at the American Dale Carnegie Institute in Sweden in 1995. Later she moved to a recruiting company and then to a training consulting business. During this time she learned a lot and gained experience from multiple projects while exploring different working strategies. She found out that most managers had not reached their potential despite their desire to continue and grow in their professional development. Malin believed that she could offer a bespoke, holistic program focused around the individual, and this led to MHLeadership.
Currently, she lives with her family in The Netherlands. Apart from caring about her own health and wellbeing, Malin also advises individuals and organizations how to live a more authentic and healthy life.
